This New Orleans Mint issue is often found with a poor strike with weakness apparent in the central devices. Examples of the 1900-O Barber Quarter (Buy on eBay) which are well struck and in mint state grades can be very elusive for the advanced collector. On the other hand, well worn examples like the one shown above are readily available for a set of circulated coins.
