Despite the minuscule production of dimes during the same year, production of the 1894-S Barber Quarter (Buy on eBay) at the San Francisco Mint was relatively robust at 2,684,821. This issue is available in mint state grades, as shown in the coin above which is graded by PCGS. Well circulated pieces can be found for little above melt value.
